Allure Create Fair Use Policy

Create Pro’s pricing page says “unlimited projects under fair use.” This page is what that means.

Projects are unlimited

On Create Pro, the number of active projects you can hold is not capped. We do not limit how many courses you build, and we do not plan to introduce a project cap for Create Pro. “Fair use” is not a hidden ceiling on the number of projects — it exists only to name the small set of abuse cases below.

What counts as abuse

We only step in for uses that are not really about authoring courses, such as:

• Automated bulk creation — scripting or automating the creation of projects at a volume and pattern consistent with abuse rather than course authoring by a person.
• Reselling storage — using Allure Create as a general-purpose file host or storage-resale service unrelated to building and publishing courses.

We do not limit ordinary authoring activity: drafting, revising, duplicating projects for client variants, or holding long-term archives of finished courses.

What we do if we see abuse

If we believe an account is using the unlimited-projects allowance in one of the ways above, we will contact the account first wherever practical, explain what we saw, and ask for it to stop. We may limit or suspend the specific abusive activity if it continues. We will not delete your existing course content because of this policy.

Other limits still apply

This fair use policy is about the number of projects only. Storage, Storyline imports, sandbox publishes and other quotas for your plan are stated on the pricing page and in your billing dashboard.
