Allure Create Privacy Policy

“Allure”, “we” and “us” means Vig Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company, based in Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida. This policy covers Allure Create. The family-wide Allure Privacy Policy also applies; if the two disagree about something specific to Allure Create, this policy applies for Allure Create.

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email, sign-in details (through Clerk), workspace membership.
• Projects: course content, media, versions and edit history.
• Publishing: where and when you published, and the package ids returned by Allure Connect.
• Billing: plan, subscription status, Stripe customer id (Stripe holds card details).
• Diagnostics: error logs with personal data minimized (Sentry).
• Waitlist: email, if you joined the waitlist.

2. Our role

We control account, billing and diagnostic data. For projects in a team workspace, the workspace owner decides what goes in them. If a project contains other people’s personal data (for example, names in a scenario), the workspace owner is responsible for having the right to use it.

3. How we use it

To provide Allure Create, publish your courses, bill you, keep the service secure and give support.

4. AI features

Allure Create’s AI-assisted change review sits behind a build flag and makes no calls to an AI provider today. If that changes, we will name the provider here first and say what content it sees, and make sure it may not train on your content.

5. Sharing

With the Allure product you publish to (Allure Connect, Allure Training OS or Allure LMS); with our service providers, including Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (billing), Convex (database and backend), Vercel (hosting) and Sentry (error tracking); and otherwise as the family-wide Allure Privacy Policy says. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Courses you publish to Allure Connect are indexed for the skills they teach: Allure Connect sends activity titles and types (not your name, email or files) to the OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.), as the Allure Connect privacy policy describes. OpenAI excludes API data from training by default; training requires explicit opt-in. Abuse-monitoring records may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer when legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

6. Retention

Projects and their version history: while your account is open. Older versions may be cleaned up on a schedule. After you close your account, you have 30 days to export. Then we delete, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

7. Cookies

Allure Create uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to sign you in, keep your session secure and remember your settings. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and scoped API keys. No system is perfectly secure. We make no certification, audit or specific security claim beyond what is stated here.

9. Your rights
