Allure Create Terms of Service
Last updated: Version 1.2
Allure Create is one of the Allure family of products, made by Vig Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Allure”, “we”, “us”), based in Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida. The family-wide Allure Terms of Service govern your use of Allure Create together with this addendum. If the two disagree about something specific to Allure Create, this addendum applies.
A1. What Allure Create is
A tool for building courses and publishing them as packages to Allure Connect, Allure Training OS or Allure LMS.
A2. Accounts and workspaces
You sign in with an Allure Create account, issued through our own Clerk sign-in for now. Allure Create will move to the shared Allure Account sign-in later; we will tell you first. If you work in a team workspace, its owner controls the workspace and its projects.
A3. Your content
You own your projects and published courses. The family Terms set out the license you give us to run the product for you, including hosting your projects, keeping version history, and publishing where you tell us.
A4. Publishing
When you publish, we send the package to the product you chose (Allure Connect, Allure Training OS or Allure LMS). That product’s terms then also apply to the published course. Courses published to Allure Connect are indexed for the skills they teach, as the Allure Connect terms describe.
A5. AI features
AI-assisted change review sits behind a build flag and makes no calls to an AI provider today. Before we switch on any AI feature in Allure Create, we will: name its provider in the Allure Privacy Policy; say what content it sees; and make sure the provider may not train on your content.
AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish.
A6. Plans, payment and fair use
Plans and prices (including Create Pro, Founding, Project Production Pass, Creator Suite and Studio Suite) are on the Allure Create pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers. Prices exclude tax unless the checkout states otherwise.
Where a plan says a feature is unlimited — for example, “unlimited projects under fair use” on Create Pro — see our Fair Use Policy for exactly what that means and the narrow abuse cases it does not cover.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) at the price then in effect for your plan, until you cancel. Checkout shows the price, the billing period and that the plan renews before you pay, and we email you a confirmation with how to cancel. For yearly plans we email a reminder at least 30 and no more than 60 days before the renewal date. One-time purchases, such as a project pass, do not renew.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, online, from your billing page, or by emailing info@allurecreate.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds. Yearly plans: if you are not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first yearly payment and we will refund it (our 30-day money-back guarantee). Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial months. Renewal payments are not refundable. One-time purchases, such as a project pass, follow the refund terms shown at checkout; otherwise they are non-refundable. Nothing here limits any refund right the law gives you. Founding prices apply for as long as the offer says.
Price changes. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email of a price change. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
A7. Beta features
Features marked beta may change or stop. They are provided as they are.
A8. Acceptable use and copyright
The acceptable-use rules and the copyright (DMCA) notice process in the family-wide Allure Terms apply to Allure Create. Send copyright notices about Allure Create to info@allurecreate.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”.
A9. Law and disputes
Allure Create follows the law and disputes section of the family-wide Allure Terms: Florida law, a 30-day good-faith attempt to settle any dispute, then the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, with any mandatory consumer protections where you live kept.
A10. Accessibility
We aim for Allure Create to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, email info@allurecreate.com.
